Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the continental United States (all 50 states).
We do NOT ship internationally or to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during high-demand periods.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after processing.

• Exact delivery times vary by location and carrier.

4. Tracking & Address Accuracy

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

• Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Packaging Standards

Kits are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

• Damaged in transit? Contact us at [support@shroomfolk.com] within 48 hours with photos.

• Lost in transit? Report after 7 days without tracking updates. We’ll assist with carrier investigations.

7. Critical Restrictions

• No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

• No Returns: Due to sterility requirements, opened kits cannot be returned.

• Legal Compliance: By purchasing, you confirm kits will be used only for legal mushroom species in your state.
