Specs

Best for bulk substrate and serious flushes. One per pressure cooker layer — stack on extra flat pans rather than crowding two across.

Sterilizing

Fill to 50–60% (about 1000–1100 g) with 25 mm of headspace. 15 PSI, clock starting at pressure, never above 18 PSI. Empty 30 minutes, bulk substrate 90–120 minutes, whole grain 120 minutes.

Square boxes are the most likely to warp — always use a flat pan, leave a vent path, and never let the box touch the cooker floor. Cool fully before moving.
