HOW IT WORKS:

1. Test your culture on an included agar tester (wait 3–5 days to confirm it's clean)
2. Inject 1–3ml of liquid culture into the grain layer through the bottom injection port
3. Store in darkness at 70–75°F — colonization takes 4–8 weeks with liquid culture
4. Set up each humidity bag with perlite (Full Kit) or your own fruiting setup, remove the lid, and fruit
