HOW IT WORKS:
1. Test your culture on the included agar tester (wait 3-5 days to confirm it's clean)
2. Inject 1-3ml of liquid culture into the grain layer through the bottom injection port
3. Store in darkness at 70-75°F — colonization takes 4-8 weeks with liquid culture
4. Set up the humidity bag with perlite (Full Kit) or your own fruiting setup (Container Only), remove the lid, and fruit.
