Professional-grade polypropylene spawn bags for mushroom grain spawn production. These are the same bags I use in my own production at Shroomfolk.

Each bag is made from 60-micron autoclavable polypropylene with a T-type 0.2 micron filter patch and 6-strip heat seal. Designed specifically for grain spawn work where you need tight filtration to protect against contamination while still allowing gas exchange during colonization.

These bags handle full autoclave cycles at 15 PSI / 250°F without warping, shrinking, or losing seal integrity. The 32cm width fits 2-3 lbs of hydrated grain comfortably, and the integrated filter patch means no additional modifications needed.

BEST FOR:

Sterilized grain spawn (rye, wheat, oats, millet, corn). Liquid culture expansion. Any application where tight filtration and full sterility are critical.

HOW TO USE:

Fill with hydrated grain, fold the top over, and seal with an impulse sealer. Autoclave at 15 PSI for 90 minutes. Once cooled, inoculate through the bag by cutting a small opening, applying your culture, and resealing with micropore tape or an impulse sealer.

These are not injection port bags. They're designed for open-transfer inoculation after sterilization, or you can add your own self-healing injection port before autoclaving.
